Has worked in a wide range of health care settings and has medicolegal expertise in assessment of nursing care standards.


A vast experience in the direct clinical management of patients and understands how different health and care settings work.



Christine Biddlecombe is a highly trained nurse who as held many senior positions within the NHS.

She has special interest in Palliative Care and holds the post-graduate qualification.


Her medicolegal experience includes assessment of breach of duty with regards to nursing standards both in the hospital and community setting.

Christine Biddlecombe is a nursing specialist with over thirty years experience.  She has worked in a wide range of health care settings holding senior positions. These include hospice care (Ward Sister), district nursing (Team Leader), homelessness (Clinical Lead for the Homeless), education (Staff Development Officer for Marie Curie Cancer Care).  She is currently involved in setting up a new and innovative triage system for Cardiff and the Vale University Health Board, working across a range of disciplines to provide direct access to emergency services.


Her role as Team Leader of the largest district nursing team in the capital city of Wales which involves close liaison with a variety of care settings including the patient’s own home, residential care, nursing care, and the acute hospital services and she prepares reports for other services, including Vulnerable Adults services and the Ombudsman.
